YOU KNOW YOU MISSED A DEBATE WHEN...
... you log onto your e-mail account and see that you have 156 e-mails.
Anyway, I'm watching my recorded version, and -- wow -- what a strange debate! I'm only about twenty minutes into this, but several things have jumped out at me.
Number one, the way the candidates were introduced seemed a little like a pageant to me...
Number two, Mitt schooled Rudy after his contrived "Sanctuary Mansion" line. Rudy had no real answers to his very serious questions. And then Fred Thompson kind of came to Mitt's defense with a Kerik slam? Owwwwch.
Number three, did I really see Chuck Norris in the audience? He's haunting me! My Pastor told me I overreacted to the Chuck/Huck video, so I'm trying to keep my temper in check tonight.
Number four, Reagan's image was in a YouTube video, but who was the first candidate to invoke his name?
Rudy. Oops -- there goes Ron Paul too. Good thing this isn't a drinking game.
UPDATE: Duncan Hunter just used President Reagan's name too. Who's next?
