It's just amazing that a lawyer of Rudy's stature would argue that -- since abortion is a "constitutional right" -- it should be publicly funded. I can think of many constitutional rights that are not publicly funded, like such unimportant trivialities as the right to free speech and the right to free exercise of religion.

But as long as Rudy is handing out government dollars for constitutional rights, let's start funding the Second Amendment! Rudy, in your first budget, please appropriate for me one of these. This is quite similar to what I would be issued if I'm ever deployed overseas, and I need more practice.
