I am well acquanted with Gary Glenn and his Romney problem. He posts as GGMichigan at RedState. It is little exaggeration to compare his obsession with Romney to Cindy Sheehan's obsession with Bush. His screeds even sound like hers.

With respect to Romney's 2008 run, in the long run I expect Mr. Glenn to be about as effective as the inevitable virulent anti-Mormons will be. It is still over a year before the 2008 campaign kicks off in earnest. All these objections and others will be aired out and internalized by the voters by then. I am quite confident that Governor Romney's record and true character will win out in the end.
