A luncheon hosted by the November Republican Women of Williamson County will be held tomorrow at the Old Natchez Country Club. Registration and fellowship will begin at 10:45 a.m. and lunch will be at 11:30 a.m. I'll be the guest speaker, talking about -- among other things -- my book, which would make a great Christmas gift!

I always have a soft spot in my heart towards Williamson County, Tennessee -- largely because I feel they were responsible for Al Gore losing his home state in that marvelously close election in 2000.

UPDATE: I'm sitting here near midnight trying to figure out what to say tomorrow, and I think I'm going to talk a bit about Gov. Romney -- right in the middle of Tennessee, minutes from Fred's hometown. Would love some friendly faces!
