FOOD FIGHT
Forgive me for the lateness of this post, but I wanted to respond to Nancy's discussion of "kitchen table values."
First, I can attest that her husband really does eat off her plate. We like him anyway.
Second, I think the other David, David Brody, is totally off base when he claims that Governor Romney doesn't want to talk about religion. As Al Mohler recently pointed out, there is a difference between talking about your values (and how they relate to public policy) and the private details of your religion. Governor Romney has more than anyone else to say about the sanctity of marriage, for instance--he just draws the line when folks start quizzing him about his underwear, which is no one's business but his and his wife's.
