Not that I really think this might have motivated Gov. Romney to make his own Facebook profile, but it seems like no small coincidence. Oh the mighty expanse of my influence never fails to amaze me...

Okay, but seriously, Gov. Romney launched his very own Facebook profile today. While his music choices lean far more towards Charles' than mine, I won't hold it against him. Plus, check out his interests:

Besides my family, I have great interest in strengthening this country and our economy. Fixing our failing schools so we can better compete with emerging Asia and making health care more affordable through free market reforms. And, most importantly, winning the war against the jihadists to ensure that Americans are kept safe.

Which is slightly more eloquent than the usual "pong, shopping, STEELERS, Jose Cuervo, your mom" that most of my friends have listed as interests on their Facebook profiles.
