From the Archives…

I'd like to announce that the “Romney for President” campaign hired me as a consultant to work on getting Gov. Romney on the primary ballot in my home state of Tennessee. From now until Christmas, I’ll add this to my Evangelicals for Mitt blogging duties, writing my next book, and distracting my two kids from noticing Dad’s in Iraq.

I look forward to meeting and working with Tennessee Mitt fans. We actually do exist — but we tend to feel like Fred Thompson supporters in Utah. (...or -- come to think of it -- Michigan, or Iowa, or the Values Voters conference.)
