Earlier this week, the South Carolina House of Representatives gave approval to a bill requiring women seeking an abortion to view a fetal ultrasound prior to the procedure, according to The State. This would be the first law of its kind in the nation. It will be rather revealing to see where all the pro-choice candidates--but especially Rudy--come down on it.
